The MCS Star Wash Continuous Washing Machine is a fully reconditioned unit, offering high-performance fabric washing solutions. With a working width of 1800 mm, it is suitable for a variety of textile applications, including polyester spinning oil removal and desizing of cotton and viscose fabrics.
Equipped with three advanced washing boxes featuring double perforated drums and an intermediate padder, it ensures deep and uniform fabric cleaning. The additional small impregnation box with padder supports flexible chemical treatments.
A four-cylinder drum dryer enables efficient fabric drying, while the A-frame exit system ensures smooth fabric handling. Its modernized components — including a new electrical panel, motors, inverters, and programmable control — make it suitable for standalone use or integration with a singeing machine.
